AI Transparency Statement
We build and run AI agents. This statement explains how we make that transparent and safe, in line with emerging AI laws including the EU Artificial Intelligence Act's transparency obligations, US state AI and bot-disclosure laws, and the UAE's national AI principles.
1. You always know it is AI
Our agents say they are AI systems at the start of every conversation and whenever asked, and they never claim to be human. Calls are recorded, and we say so at the start.
2. What our agents can and cannot do
Our agents explain our services, answer questions from our published information, and help you start a purchase on our website. They cannot give legal, tax or financial advice, cannot offer discounts, and are instructed never to claim they have done something they cannot do. You can ask for a human follow-up at any time.
3. Human oversight
Our team reviews agent performance regularly. Changes to our agents are proposed, reviewed by a person, tested in a staging environment and only then released. No decision with legal or similarly significant effect on anyone is taken solely by our AI.
4. Accuracy and limits
AI can make mistakes. Written terms on this website always take priority over anything an agent says. If an agent tells you something that conflicts with our written terms, the written terms apply and we will honour a reasonable reliance in your favour where it would be unfair not to.
5. Clients who deploy our agents
Clients who use our systems with their own customers are responsible for their own AI disclosure, recording notices and consents. Our default configurations include AI and recording disclosures, and clients may not remove them where the law requires them.
