At AhmadAI, we strive for customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our services, subscriptions, and custom development work.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions offer flexible terms:

  • Cancel anytime with 24 hours notice before the next billing cycle
  • Full refund for the current month if cancelled within 7 days of payment
  • Pro-rata refund available for service issues within our control
  • No refund for partial month usage after the 7-day window

2. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions include a money-back guarantee:

  • First 6 months: Pro-rata refund of unused portion available
  • After 6 months: No refunds, but you may cancel to prevent renewal
  • Refund calculated based on full months remaining
  • Discount received may be deducted from refund amount

3. Custom Development & Projects

Custom development work is governed by your Statement of Work (SOW):

  • Initial deposits are non-refundable once work commences
  • Milestone payments are non-refundable after milestone approval
  • Cancellation before work starts: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
  • Cancellation during project: Payment due for completed work

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Third-party service fees (API usage, telephony, cloud hosting)
  • Voice agent call minutes already consumed
  • White-label licensing fees
  • Training sessions and consulting hours delivered
  • Domain registration and SSL certificates

5. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Submit a refund request within the applicable time window
  • Provide your account email and order/invoice number
  • Not have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Not have previously received a refund for the same service

6. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be denied or modified in certain circumstances:

  • Abuse of the refund policy (multiple refund requests)
  • Account suspension due to policy violations
  • Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first
  • Services significantly used before cancellation request

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • 2.Include your account email and invoice/order number
  • 3.Provide reason for refund request
  • 4.We will respond within 2-3 business days

8. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Bank transfers: 10-15 business days
  • Processing fees may be deducted from refund amount

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
